Parks and gardens
The package contains the node E+H Soil Moisture, which fetches readings of soil moisture sensors from the Endress+Hauser Netilion cloud and provides them as entities following the Smart Data Model GreenspaceRecord (Parks and Gardens). This allows monitoring irrigation and the condition of municipal green spaces in an urban data platform.

Shared notes
- Dependencies: The package uses only
axiosfor HTTP requests; the library is installed automatically with the package. - Credentials: For the Netilion API you need a Netilion user account plus the API key and, if applicable, the API secret of an application created in the Netilion Developer Portal. All credentials are stored encrypted in the Node-RED credentials store and may contain environment variables in the form
${NAME}. - Rate limits: Netilion limits API calls per application according to the booked plan. Every sensor produces one request per fetch; choose the polling interval to match the measuring interval of the sensors.
- Units: The node emits numeric values only; take the units (for example vol. % and °C) from the configuration in Netilion.
- Data protection: The readings have no personal reference. Username and password belong to a Netilion account; use a technical account rather than a personal one where possible.
